If you have feedback, compliments, suggestions, or complaints, we would like to hear from you. Your feedback plays an important role in helping us improve our services.
Our Commitment
If you have raised a concern about a Mambourin service, you will receive notification that Management have received the feedback within 2 business days. It will be investigated, and a response will be provided in writing as soon as practical.
We will investigate any complaint(s) you have made and advise you in writing of the outcome.
